Welcome to Hypto Money -- your complete digital financial service hub. By accessing or using our app or website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using any of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, registering, or using Hypto Money, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue using the app.

2. Eligibility

You must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid Aadhaar-linked mobile number and bank account (for AEPS & banking features)
• Use the app in compliance with applicable Indian laws

3. Services Offered

Hypto Money acts as a facilitator for the following services via third-party licensed partners:

• AEPS (Aadhaar Enabled Payment System)
• UPI & Bank Transfers
• Fixed Deposits (FD) via NBFCs & Banks
• Mutual Fund & SIP Investments via SEBI-registered entities
• NPS, Digital Gold, Insurance, Bill Payments, PAN Services, and Personal Loans

4. User Responsibilities

By using the app, you agree:

• To provide accurate and complete information during registration and transactions
• Not to use the app for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activity
• To keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• To comply with the terms of service of all partner platforms you access through Hypto Money

5. Third-Party Services

All financial and utility services are delivered via authorized third-party providers, including:

• RBI-licensed banks and NBFCs for FDs and loans
• SEBI-registered AMCs/distributors for Mutual Funds and SIPs
• NPCI-compliant APIs for AEPS, UPI, and bill payments
• Digital Gold providers like SafeGold & MMTC-PAMP

Hypto Money is not liable for errors, delays, or failures in service caused by third-party systems or partners.

6. Loans and Lending

Loan services are provided by licensed NBFCs only, such as:

• Kisetsu Saison Finance, Aditya Birla Finance, LendenClub, Apollo Finvest, KreditBee, LendingPlate, etc.

Hypto Money is not a lender and does not determine eligibility, loan terms, or repayment conditions.

7. Fixed Deposit (FD) Services

FD services are offered through RBI-regulated partners like 1SilverBullet, StableBonds, and others.

• Hypto Money does not hold or invest your money
• All deposits are subject to the partner's terms, interest rates, and early withdrawal rules
• Deposit Insurance is provided up to ₹5,00,000 per DICGC rules (if applicable)

8. Investments & Risk Disclosure

Investments in Mutual Funds, SIPs, NPS, and Digital Gold are subject to market risks.

We do not guarantee returns. Please consult a financial advisor before investing. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.

9. Account Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, block, or terminate your account if:

• You violate any terms of this agreement
• You use the app for unlawful activities
• Required by law enforcement or regulatory bodies

10. Limitation of Liability

Hypto Money is not responsible for:

• Losses due to incorrect transactions initiated by you
• Delays or failures due to third-party service providers
• Unauthorized access to your account due to negligence in keeping login credentials safe
• Investment losses or failed loan approvals

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid (if any) for accessing premium features (if applicable).

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Users will be notified via the app or email if there are significant updates.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
